The annual Geography fieldwork trip took place last week in north Norfolk at Overstrand Hall.
The trip was a lovely escape to look at Geography in action along the coasts of north Norfolk. We used a range of methods to investigate the erosion and deposition along the coastline as well as examine the effectiveness of the coastal defenses placed in Sheringham. Our stay also included evening activities on the grounds of Overstrand Hall, a Victorian country mansion, including nightline and bouldering.
The students were a credit to themselves, our school and their families. They all worked very hard on their Geography and learnt a huge amount. They were very supportive of each other and behaved respectfully the entire time.
It was really fun!
